I was a sales representative in the metals industry for the same company for 22 years. In December 2022, I decided to leave the corporate world to spend more time with my three grandchildren and do what I love - build stuff and work with my hands.

Since my first project of installing a clothing chute (yes, that used to be a thing) as a young woman, I've been drawn to building and working with my hands. I've done everything from designing and building a deck/gazebo to designing and finishing a bathroom, including the framing and drywall, nearly all on my own. The immense satisfaction and pride that comes with completing a big project never diminishes.

In my free time I enjoy golfing, reading, photography and spending time with family.
